The Role As Partnerships Manager, you'll be out in the market growing Elect Capital's broker and partner network across Australia.
This is a hunter role — you'll be sourcing and signing new introducer relationships, then building the trust that keeps them sending deals your way.
You'll be the first point of contact for brokers, supporting their journey and ensuring they can deliver the best possible experience to their clients.
This role combines new business development, relationship-building, and hands-on support — ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially driven,



and motivated by winning new partners and growing volume.
Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, approach, and sign new broker and partner relationships across the Australian market Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing broker partners Act as a responsive and knowledgeable point of contact for all partner queries Support the end-to-end broker journey: from onboarding and education to ongoing engagement Work collaboratively across teams to ensure smooth and efficient deal flow Monitor partner performance and support them in achieving success Spot opportunities to improve how we engage, support and grow our network What We're Looking For A sharp mind and a strong work ethic A genuine hunter mentality — you're energised by prospecting, outreach, and closing new relationships Proven experience in broker or partner-facing new business development, ideally within SME lending or financial services The ability to stay calm, focused and accurate under pressure A natural instinct to spot issues, fix them fast, and always look for a better way A resilient, team-first mentality — we challenge each other daily, but we back each other even harder A bias for clarity, action and ownership A desire to go beyond the job description and raise the bar Bonus: Existing network of brokers or introducers in the Australian non-bank lending or fintech space.
