We re looking for a motivated Reward Partner to join our People Capability team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you ll lead and continuously improve our employee benefits and recognition programs, helping shape how we attract, engage, and retain our people.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you ll deliver meaningful initiatives that enhance employee experience through recognition and engagement, while ensuring our rewards offering remains competitive, relevant and aligned with business objectives.
Using data-driven insights and a continuous improvement mindset, you ll help create a positive and rewarding employee experience across the organisation.
Responsibilities Lead and continuously improve employee advantages programs and vendor partnerships Manage and optimise our employee recognition platform and initiatives Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional reward and recognition experience Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies that increase awareness, understanding and utilisation of employee benefits,



reward and recognition programs Provide meaningful reporting, insights and analytics to support business decisions Support the People Centre of Excellence in the delivery of strategic people initiatives and projects, applying strong project management disciplines to achieve successful outcomes Drive continuous improvement through technology, automation and best-practice processes About you Experience in Rewards, Benefits, Recognition or People Capability environments.
