On behalf of our client, Parisi Bathware Pty Ltd, a full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson.

Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Prepare CAD drawings and plans for Parisi's bathroom, furniture, and doorware projects, supporting architects, builders, and contractors with accurate documentation.
Assist project teams by interpreting architectural plans, building requirements, and design specifications for product installations and fit-out works.
Develop preliminary sketches, technical drawings, and detailed specifications for bathroom layouts, furniture arrangements, and commercial projects.
Revise and update drawings, plans, and schedules based on design changes,



client requirements, and construction feedback.
Coordinate project documentation and work programs with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to support timely delivery of Parisi projects.
Review site conditions, materials, and installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and product specifications.
Support cost calculations and project timelines by preparing quantity estimates and reviewing material requirements for installations.
Collect site measurements and technical details to assist in preparing accurate architectural and installation drawings.
Perform drafting calculations and prepare supporting documentation for bathroom, furniture, and doorware design solutions.
Maintain accurate drawing records, revisions, and technical files to support quality control and project coordination.
Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualifications.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to interpret architectural plans, specifications, and technical requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: This is a full-time position (minimum 38 hours per week) with a competitive salary range between $79,500 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
