Job Description Enjoy an hourly rate of $***** plus superannuation Sign on bonus available for successful candidates We're looking for a Clinical Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team delivering mental health and addiction care to individuals in immigration detention.
In this role, you'll combine clinical expertise with leadership skills, providing direct patient care, mentoring staff, and driving program development.
Join us in bringing a recent approach to medical and wellbeing care for detainees by: Delivering high-quality Mental Health services to detainees, ensuring care that respects dignity, culture, values, and rights.
Providing line management for the Mental Health primary health care team, while supporting the Health Service Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
Identifying service delivery issues, driving change initiatives, and implementing sustainable, person-centred solutions that improve health outcomes.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively engaging to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.

You will hold relevant qualifications and experience, including a Bachelor of Nursing degree, along with a minimum of five years' post-graduate clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting and postgraduate qualification in mental health (AQF recognised).
