In this pivotal role, you will partner with cross-functional business stakeholders and IT technical teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and deliver high-quality application recommendations.
From evaluating supply chain and enterprise systems to developing test scripts and maintaining current-state business models, you will play a crucial role in ensuring technology deliverables align seamlessly with our strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business partners and IT staff to gather, define, and document functional requirements for software development and testing.
• Issue Prioritisation: Evaluate and prioritise low-to-medium complexity business issues from multiple sources and recommend practical, effective solutions.
• Process Analysis they, in turn, deliver the impeccable service demanded by our customers,
