What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting daily living needs such as personal care, cooking, and light household tasks
Encouraging social participation and community activities
Helping participants achieve their individual goals
Building meaningful and trusting relationships
Communicating clearly with families and team members

About You:
You’re kind, patient, and genuinely love helping others
You enjoy building positive relationships with people from all walks of life
You have (or are working toward) a Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or similar
You hold current First Aid, CPR, and an NDIS Worker Screening Check
Experience providing support to people with disabilities, either in a professional or personal capacity




Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities
A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
Ability to work adaptable schedule, including weekends and public holidays

Qualifications & experience
Experience preferred, but not essential as you will be trained
NDIS workers screening clearance
Working with children's check
Current first aid/CPR certificate
Have the right to work in Australia
Driver licence, reliable transport and comprehensive car insurance
