Job Title - PRMG ATM Project Manager Support Job ID - ******* Security Clearance: NV1 Clearance Length of Contract: 12 months The role closes on 11/08/2026 Location: ACT As the Project Manager, you will: Lead and coordinate day-to-day ATM project activities and deliverables.
Develop and review key procurement documentation including Statements of Work, scope documents and ATM inputs.
Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies and reporting.
Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and risk management activities.
Develop and maintain project resource plans, schedules and work breakdown structures.
Monitor project risks, issues, budgets and resourcing requirements.
Support requirements definition activities and coordinate systems engineering inputs.
Analyse existing contract performance measures and support the development of improved KPI frameworks for future contracting arrangements.
Essential Experience: Robust project management skills including planning, scheduling, governance, reporting and risk management.
Ability to lead workshops, facilitate requirements discussions and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Highly Desirable: Experience leading or supporting contract transition activities, including transition planning, governance, risk management and operational handover.

PRMG Level 4: Defines, documents and carries out small projects or sub-projects (typically less than six months, with limited budget, limited interdependency with other projects, and no significant strategic impact), alone or with a small team, actively participating in all phases.
Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
Applies appropriate project management methods and tools whether predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.
Agrees project approach with stakeholders, and prepares realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and tracks activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate.
Monitors costs, timescales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
Ensures that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are recorded.
