The Role
You'll be part of a professional installation team working across
South-East & Inner Melbourne
, delivering a variety of residential HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities
Installation of
multi-split, ducted, and VRF/VRV systems
Occasional installation of
gas ducted heating & evaporative cooling
Service & repairs of




gas ducted heating systems
Installation of
ventilation & exhaust systems
Exposure to
hydronic heating systems
Maintain high standards of
workmanship, safety, and presentation
What We're Looking For
Trade qualified (Mechanical Plumber or Refrigeration Mechanic)
Minimum
3+ years post-trade experience
(or 4th year apprentice)
Gas & water endorsements required
Strong HVAC knowledge (highly regarded)
Current driver's licence with good record
White Card + solid OH&S; understanding
Skilled, reliable, and team-focused attitude
Tech-savvy (experience with paperless systems is a bonus)
Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
