About the Role
Deliver high-quality clinical care within Residential Aged Care facilities
Administer medications and complete clinical assessments
Develop and review care plans
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Support residents with dignity, respect, and person-centred care
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)
Minimum 12 months RN experience in Aged Care
Current National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current vaccinations and serology records
Full Australian working rights
