The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Construction Administrator to join our Construction team in Osborne Park.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction bookings once monthly schedules are finalised
Coordinate and oversee bookings for Site Start Supervisor
Maintain and update the Slab List
Liaise with contractors to confirm bookings
Prepare and distribute project documentation including plans, purchase orders, contracts, and construction details
Provide administrative support
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in residential construction administration, scheduling, or similar
Ability to read and interpret building plans, contracts, and technical documentation




Skilled in reviewing subcontractor quotes
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills across contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Microsoft Excel skills
Highly Regarded
Understanding of slab preparation, site works, and early-stage construction
Experience with BA20 documentation and local authority requirements
Proficiency in ClickHomes
