Spika is one of Australia's fastest-growing outdoor lifestyle and hunting brands, supplying leading retailers nationally. Our product categories span technical clothing, accessories, optics, hard goods and premium lifestyle equipment.
We're looking for a talented and self-motivated digital designer to round out our creative and marketing team. This role is about bringing the brand to life across every digital touchpoint - from the moment a customer sees one of our ads to the landing page that closes the sale.
You'll be the person who ensures everything we put out looks unmistakably us. Working closely with the wider creative and marketing team, you'll translate the marketing calendar into polished, on-brand digital assets - at pace, to a high standard, every time. You have an eye for detail that others simply don't, and you take real pride in the quality of your work.
Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Create & produce
Create digital assets across all key channels and formats including online, social and email
Adapt designs across multiple sizes and placements efficiently
Deliver work to brief, on time and to a consistently high standard
Contribute to campaign concepting and creative direction
Own the brand
Ensure visual consistency across every channel and touchpoint
Maintain and evolve design templates and asset libraries
Uphold quality standards across the wider team's output
Work closely with marketing and creative team
Take and interpret briefs clearly, ask the right questions




Support the Content Creator with social and campaign assets
Feed into the wider creative process with ideas and initiative standards across the wider team's output
Keep up to date with digital design best practice and trends
Adopt emerging technologies with full team support
Stay curious about AI tools and creative workflows
Help evolve how we keep raising the bar over time
A strong portfolio of digital design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
Understanding of brand identity and how to apply it consistently
Experience designing for email, paid media, social and web
Meticulous attention to detail - in craft, typography and layout
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
Motion graphics or basic animation skills
Experience with HTML/CSS for email or web
Familiarity with email platforms
