What you'll do
Architect and implement autonomous agentic workflows utilizing the Workato platform, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and tailored to customer needs.
Develop solutions that support multi-agent collaboration, enabling different AI agents to work together seamlessly in complex scenarios.
Incorporate real-time responses from large language models into workflows, optimizing prompting strategies and managing context effectively.
Design and deploy advanced prompting techniques, including memory management and behavior planning, to enhance AI agent performance and adaptability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex AI architecture issues, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agent frameworks, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
Build and maintain scalable IT workflows that feature dynamic data retrieval, decision-making processes, and agent-based automation to meet enterprise requirements.
Collaborate directly with customers to gather detailed requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to integrate AI functionalities into existing IT systems and workflows.
Assist product management by drafting technical specifications, design documents, and implementation plans that align with customer needs and technical standards.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable insights for stakeholders at various levels, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases, documentation, and process improvements to enhance team efficiency and technical excellence.
Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and integration technologies to continuously improve solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Support the development of best practices for deploying AI agents in enterprise environments, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions to demonstrate solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Engage in research and experimentation to explore new AI capabilities, tools, and frameworks that could benefit client projects and internal initiatives.
Maintain a strong understanding of the latest trends in AI, enterprise integration, and automation to inform solution design and strategic planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
At least 8 years of professional experience in system design, software development, or engineering roles, with a focus on automation or AI.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working specifically with the Workato platform, demonstrating deep familiarity with its capabilities and best practices.
Proven background in AI engineering, particularly with developing agent-based systems, autonomous workflows, or similar AI-driven solutions.
Experience designing and deploying scalable AI workflows that support enterprise IT operations, including automation, integration, and data processing.
Strong proficiency in integration projects involving web services, APIs, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Business Process Management (BPM), SDKs, and databases.
Coding experience spanning 2 to 3 years in languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby, with the ability to develop and troubleshoot complex scripts and applications.
Solid understanding of RESTful and SOAP/XML APIs, JSON data structures, and familiarity with relational databases (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
capable of conveying technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Experience working in enterprise environments, with an understanding of security, compliance, and operational standards relevant to AI and automation solutions.
Nice to have
Over 5 years of experience working with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or TIBCO, providing a broader perspective on enterprise integration solutions.
Familiarity with cloud computing technologies, including cloud platforms, iPaaS (integration Platform as a Service), and SaaS applications, to enhance deployment flexibility.
Hands-on experience with business applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, or Marketo, enabling smoother integrations with enterprise systems.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture, microservices, and robotic process automation (RPA), which can complement AI-driven workflows and automation strategies.
Understanding of security protocols, data privacy standards, and compliance requirements relevant to deploying AI solutions in enterprise settings.
Experience participating in customer-facing roles, including workshops, demonstrations, and technical training, to foster strong client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
