The Opportunity Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join the MQ‐28 Ghost Bat Production Facility currently being built at Wellcamp Toowoomba, QLD.

We expect this role to commence October ****.
What you'll get to do:
* This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing the receiving, receipting, storing and kitting of stock to support production;
* Ensure safety and compliance is maintained, recording and reporting all incidents;
* Co-ordinate daily warehouse operations including start-up, resource planning and execution of work plans;
* Maintain inventory accuracy through stock management, inspections and system updates;
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, safety and operational performance;
* Support the onboarding and training of new team members;
* Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment;
* Help develop and maintain warehouse procedures and standards;
* Foster a positive team culture and assist with performance management.
Who we're looking for:
* Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision;




* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
* Intermediate computer proficiency, experience in inventory management systems and comfortable learning current systems;
* A positive attitude and willingness to continuously improve the way things are done.
