Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Review sales trends, stock movement, and demand forecasts to maintain appropriate inventory levels across Parisi's product range.
Plan merchandise purchases by analysing customer demand, market trends, and supplier performance.
Negotiate purchasing terms, delivery schedules, and promotional support with local and international suppliers.




Prepare seasonal merchandise plans that align inventory levels with sales forecasts and budget targets.
Develop pricing and promotional recommendations to improve product sales and profitability.
Work with management, sales, and marketing teams to support long-term merchandise planning and promotional activities.
Monitor inventory performance and adjust purchasing plans to reduce excess stock and prevent shortages.
Assess new products and product ranges based on quality, market demand, and commercial potential.
Prepare sales, inventory, and merchandise performance reports to support business planning and decision-making.
Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records while ensuring merchandise plans meet company objectives and budget requirements.
Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualifications.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Salary: This is a full-time position (minimum 38 hours per week) with a competitive salary range between $79,500 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
