About the role
Prepare classic and signature cocktails to a consistent standard
Serve wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages
Provide friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
Assist with glassware, stock rotation and closing procedures
Work efficiently during busy service periods

What you will bring
Previous bar or cocktail experience preferred
Current NSW RSA certificate
Strong communication skills and a positive personality
An interest in cocktails, wine and Italian-style hospitality




Reliability and strong attention to detail
Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
