Cardiac Health Institute (CHI) is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our heart-centered team. This permanent role is available as part time (4 days) or full time (4–5 days) across NSW clinics, with travel between Epping, Bella Vista and Wahroonga.
You will greet patients, manage appointments, support billing and Medicare claiming, and help maintain a smooth, multidisciplinary clinic. Solid customer service and teamwork are essential; healthcare reception experience is preferred,
