Key responsibilities
Supervise and support the operations team while coordinating seamlessly with leaders
Oversee the transport workflow, managing resources to optimise operations
Ensure the safe and accurate loading of local fleet vehicles to meet delivery deadlines
Manage linehaul loading requirements to ensure on-time deliveries
Participate in manual handling tasks to support the team's efforts and maintain operational flow
Act as a senior point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely responses
Ensure deliveries and collections are executed in line with customer expectations
Ensure manifesting of daily runs is completed in line with expectations
About you
Proven leader with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
Strong time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities




Proficient in MS Office and Transport/Warehouse Management Systems
Experience in transport operations, with a background in FMCG or 3PL highly regarded
Success in meeting deadlines and optimising workflows
Willingness to pitch in and support the team with manual handling tasks when needed
Forklift licence required
HR licence advantageous
