About the Role
We are seeking an experienced building industry leader to join our Head Office team in Burleigh Heads as our
Regional Manager South
.
While the role is responsible for supervising operations across Victoria and South Australia, the position is based on the Gold Coast and forms part of our senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will lead a team of supervisors, drive operational performance across multiple states, strengthen client relationships, and assist with the implementation of business improvement initiatives.
Most importantly, this role has been identified as the succession pathway into a broader
National Operations Manager position
, creating an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious leader seeking long-term growth.
Key responsibilities include:




Leading and supporting Supervisors across Victoria and South Australia.
Monitoring operational performance, client satisfaction and project outcomes.
Coaching, mentoring and developing supervisors to maximise performance and career growth.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Working closely with the Estimating, People & Performance, Finance and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
Managing workload capacity, resource planning and workforce allocation.
Reviewing performance data and implementing strategies to improve operational results.
Supporting business growth initiatives and national expansion plans.
Contributing as a member of the senior management team to help shape the future direction of the business.
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Need:
Significant experience in the building, construction, maintenance, refurbishment or facilities management industry.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing supervisors, tradespeople, or operational teams.
Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of operational performance drivers.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop leaders.
A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
A willingness to travel periodically to Victoria and South Australia as required.
