At Inspire Podiatry, we don't just "do podiatry"—we take ownership of the entire patient journey. Our clinic has intentionally evolved beyond the traditional general care model to focus on musculoskeletal injuries, biomechanics, post-operative rehabilitation, and regenerative medicine.
As a result, approximately
80% of our caseload is MSK and biomechanics focused
, providing an outstanding opportunity for a podiatrist who wants to practice at the top of their scope and accelerate their clinical development.
We're seeking a passionate podiatrist with at least 12 months of clinical experience who is eager to learn, values excellence, and wants to build a long-term career in sports and musculoskeletal medicine.
A Learning Opportunity Like Few Others
This role is designed for clinicians who want to become exceptional.
From day one, you'll enter a structured development pathway that includes a comprehensive 6‐month induction program, weekly development check‐ins, monthly one‐on‐one mentoring with Helen Claybourn, regular CPD and case discussion sessions, and a $1,200 annual CPD allowance.
We don't believe in throwing clinicians in the deep end and hoping they swim. We invest heavily in mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth because great clinicians are built, not born.
Work Alongside Dr Gerald Yeo
A major highlight of this role is the opportunity to work with direct referrals from renowned Foot & Ankle Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr Gerald Yeo... as well as Orthopaedic Knee & Hip Surgeons from the Brisbane Orthopaedic Specialist Group at St Vincent's Private Hospital.
You'll gain valuable experience co‐managing complex foot and ankle conditions and guiding patients through rehabilitation from as early as
14 days post‐surgery
. Cases regularly include Achilles tendon ruptures, ankle reconstructions,



total ankle replacements, return‐to‐sport rehabilitation, and complex lower limb injuries.
This level of specialist collaboration provides a rare opportunity to develop advanced rehabilitation skills and clinical reasoning that few podiatrists are exposed to early in their careers.
Learn Regenerative Medicine in a Real Clinical Setting
Inspire Podiatry is one of the few clinics offering in‐house regenerative medicine services, including PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injections, prolotherapy, ultrasound‐guided diagnostics, and advanced regenerative medicine treatment pathways.
You'll work closely with patients before and after regenerative procedures, gaining firsthand experience in treatment planning, rehabilitation, and outcome management. For podiatrists interested in the future of musculoskeletal medicine, this provides a unique pathway into advanced treatment approaches and injection‐based therapies.
Advanced Clinical Caseload
Your caseload will be diverse, rewarding, and heavily focused on biomechanics and injury management. You'll regularly work with sporting injuries, running‐related conditions, complex gait abnormalities, foot mobilisation techniques, ultrasound diagnostics, custom orthotic therapy, AFO prescriptions, paediatric biomechanics, SMO & AFO and serial casting, as well as Adult post‐operative rehabilitation.
Supporting this caseload is a significant investment in technology, including diagnostic ultrasound, video gait analysis, focused and radial shockwave therapy, laser therapy, Physitrack exercise prescription software, AI‐supported administration systems, and an onsite orthotic manufacturing laboratory.
