The Old Sydney Hotel is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy floor and motivate a large hospitality team in the Fraser Coast region. You will drive daily operations, ensure safety, and deliver consistent, high-quality service across all shifts.
Ideal candidates combine hands-on supervision with a passion for local hospitality, the energy of a pub atmosphere, and the ability to keep guests and staff engaged during peak periods. RSA/RSG,RMLV and Approved Managers licences are required.
