Regional Superintendent / Construction Manager
Durack Civil is a rapidly growing civil contractor delivering major infrastructure, transport and subdivision projects across Queensland. With a solid pipeline of secured work and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Regional Superintendent to join our senior leadership team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on project delivery, team leadership and driving outcomes in the field. Reporting to senior management, you'll be responsible for supporting and mentoring Supervisors, coordinating resources across projects, removing roadblocks and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
You'll work closely with Project Managers and site teams while maintaining visibility across your portfolio of projects, helping ensure each project has the leadership, support and resources needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Supervisors across multiple civil construction projects
Drive project performance, productivity and programme achievement
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget
Coordinate labour, plant and resources across projects
Monitor project progress and identify risks before they impact delivery




Provide mentoring and leadership to Supervisors and site teams
Support construction planning and project start-up activities
Work closely with Project Managers to achieve project objectives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Champion safety, quality and environmental standards across all projects
About You
You are an experienced civil construction leader who understands what it takes to deliver work in the field.
