Due to continued business growth, we are currently seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations at Minto and Wetherill Park.

This is a senior operational role responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse performance, safety, compliance, people leadership and customer outcomes across both sites.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and direct all warehouse operations to ensure KPIs are met safely, efficiently and profitably
Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including container packs and unpacks, labour allocation and storage optimisation
Balance labour across sites and manage staffing levels, rosters, leave and overtime
Ensure bonded warehouse operations comply with all government regulations and licensing requirements
Work closely with supervisors, customer service and sales teams to ensure operational planning and execution




Support the sales team by assisting with costing of warehouse jobs and providing operational feedback
Maintain high standards for customer goods handling and storage
Develop and continuously improve warehouse processes and operational efficiencies
Build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver premium service outcomes

About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in transport, logistics and warehousing operations
Proven experience leading large, diverse operational teams
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, bonded warehouse requirements and compliance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Business Management or similar (preferred)
Experience with Container Chain or similar logistics systems (desirable)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational workplace
