The Opportunity
As the Client Service Manager, you will provide end-to-end administrative and technical support to Advisers across both existing and new insurance business. Working closely with Advisers, clients, and insurers, you will manage policy administration, client servicing, new business applications, and underwriting processes to support a seamless client experience. This role is suited to someone who enjoys combining strong insurance knowledge with client service, attention to detail, and the ability to support Advisers in delivering quality outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Existing & New Business Support




Manage insurance administration across existing and new business, including policy updates, renewals, applications, and implementation.
Prepare quotes, insurance schedules, forms, research, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate new business applications and liaise with insurers and underwriters throughout the process.
Support Advisers with accurate and timely information to assist client outcomes.
Client & Adviser Support
Build strong relationships with clients, Advisers, and external stakeholders through clear and professional communication.
Respond to client enquiries and provide timely updates throughout the insurance process.
Maintain accurate client records, file notes, and documentation in line with compliance requirements.
Operations & Compliance
Apply strong knowledge of Risk Insurance products, features, and administration processes.
Manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and support team efficiency.
About You
A relevant financial planning qualification (highly regarded)
Previous experience in a Client Service Manager, Client Services Officer or Financial Planning Administration role
Strong knowledge of Risk Insurance administration and policy processes
Experience using Xplan and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
