We're looking for an experienced
Plumbing Supervisor
to lead, coach and support a team of residential maintenance plumbers across Sydney. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining quality workmanship, mentoring technicians and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The Role
As Plumbing Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring and developing a team of residential maintenance plumbers
Conducting regular field coaching, ride-alongs and performance reviews
Monitoring workmanship, compliance and safety standards
Providing technical support on complex plumbing jobs
Driving productivity, customer satisfaction and team performance
Managing quality assurance and reducing call-backs
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing technician development
Working closely with operations to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service across every job
Building a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
About You
You're an experienced plumbing leader who enjoys developing people, maintaining high standards and delivering outstanding customer outcomes. You lead by example, have strong technical knowledge and know how to get the best out of your team.
To be successful, you'll have:
Current
NSW Plumbing Contractor Licence
Extensive experience in residential maintenance plumbing
Previous experience leading, supervising or mentoring tradespeople
Strong knowledge of the NSW Plumbing Code, compliance requirements and industry best practices
Excellent leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills
The ability to coach technicians to improve productivity, workmanship and customer service
Experience managing KPIs, quality assurance and reducing call-backs
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude with a commitment to safety, accountability and continuous improvement
