What You'll Be Doing:
Hands on management of daily transport operations across Australia, primarily Brisbane–Adelaide–Perth
Managing subcontractors and company trucks with a strong focus on safety and compliance




Responding to incoming quote requests to support business development
Leading fatigue management, OH&S;, and governance practices
Working closely with your small team to solve problems and deliver results
What You Bring:
5+ years in an operational leadership role within open trailer transport
Strong working knowledge of compliance, fatigue, OH&S;, and truck/driver management
Proven experience in oversized and open trailer logistics
A hands‐on leadership style with excellent communication skills
A passion for teamwork and contributing to business growth
Understanding of subcontractor management – payment
Knowledge of pricing – daily once off quotes
