Inspection Consultant (Inbound & Outbound Sales)

is looking for a qualified, customer-focused Inspection Consultant to become the voice of our business.
This is a 100% work-from-home position !!
This role is best suited to candidates with previous experience in customer service and inbound/outbound phone sales environments.
This is far more than a reception role. You'll be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound customer calls, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, following up on quotations, coordinating inspections and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call through to completion.
As a trusted member of our team,



you'll work closely with our inspectors and operations staff to ensure every customer receives prompt, friendly and professional service. Your ability to build rapport, communicate confidently and manage multiple tasks will play a key role in the continued growth of our business.
This role will commence on a casual basis (approximately ***** hours per week), with the opportunity to increase hours and then transition to a permanent full-time position as the business continues to grow.
