Clark Equipment is seeking a motivated Warehouse Team Leader to support the smooth operation of our busy Hornsby warehouse, in a team environment where people make a real difference every day.

About the role
Work as part of the Hornsby warehouse team supporting smooth day-to-day operations
Coordinate shipping and receiving, from parcels through to full container loads (FCL), and manage stock movement across a busy multi-function site
Oversee order fulfilment, inventory accuracy and general warehouse workflow
Work with internal stakeholders to meet operational needs and solve day-to-day challenges
Maintain a clean, organised and safety-focused warehouse environment

What we’re looking for




Experience in a dynamic warehouse environment
Ability to guide and motivate a team
High attention to detail and a solid commitment to meeting objectives
Current forklift licence (LF essential; OP licence highly regarded)
Experience using inventory management systems
Strong communication and organisational skills
