Reliance Medical Practice Bellbird, is looking for a passionate Medical Receptionist who thrives on being a team player. The ideal candidate must be mature, reliable and able to communicate effectively and professionally with doctors and colleagues.

About the role and responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service and patient care

Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, colleagues and skilled staff

Accurate data entry and patient record keeping

Answering a high volume of telephone calls

Booking appointments

Key selection criteria:

Previous medical receptionist experience is desirable

Warm , friendly and qualified manner

Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and in a team workplace

Knowledge of Best Practice software is highly desirable
