We are a well-established and busy GP clinic seeking enthusiastic and professional Medical Receptionists to join our friendly team. We currently have two opportunities available – one Part time and one casual position.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and providing a welcoming experience for all patients.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients in a warm and professional manner
Managing a high volume of phone calls and appointment bookings




Processing Medicare, DVA and EFTPOS payments
Managing patient records and data entry
Using Best Practice software for appointments and billing
Liaising with GPs, nurses and allied health professionals
General administrative and reception duties

About You

The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in a medical reception role (GP experience highly regarded)
Experience using Best Practice software (strongly preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organisational skills with attention to detail
The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
A professional presentation and positive attitude
Reliability and a strong work ethic
