Based out of our Brisbane or Auckland office, you will use your solid interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customer representatives, in this customer facing role. The Service Technician will predominantly travel throughout New Zealand & Australia to perform scheduled maintenance, respond to emergency breakdowns, and ensure the optimal functioning of our equipment at client sites. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to the expansion of this business area by identifying current service opportunities and coordinating with the Servicing and Sales teams. Ensuring the safety of our customers, their staff, and our team members is of paramount importance, and you will be expected to adopt best practices in all aspects of your work.
About You:
Trade Certificate in Fitting, Mechanical Technician
Experience in Automation and/or food processing equipment would be advantageous
Ability to systematically diagnose faults and provide well thought out solutions
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Be able to develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Be a pragmatic problem solver focused on finding solutions
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Hold a current Passport allowing for International Travel when required.
