Duties
Co-ordinate and participate in the end to end recruitment process.
Advise hiring managers on the recruitment and selection process.
Identify candidate sourcing opportunities and apply employer branding.
Develop and post engaging job advertisements.
Conduct telephone screening, interviews, reference checks.
Onboarding activities.

Annual salary starts at $77,000salary depends on qualifications and experience.

Required
Robust administration skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
National Police Check.
Drivers Licence.
Evidence of Work Rights.
Previous experience in administration or recruitment position.
Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander societies and their cultures, and a general understanding of the issues that are affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in contemporary Australian society.
