About the role
We are seeking an experiencedWarehouse Manager/Service Technicianto join our team in Sydney, NSW.
This is afull-time positionthat combines warehouse management expertise with technical service delivery.
In this dual role, you will oversee warehouse operations whilst also providing essential maintenance and technical support for fitness equipment.
This position is integral to ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and our customers receive prompt, professional service.
You will report directly to senior management and play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including stock management, inventory control, and organisation of storage areas
Manage incoming and outgoing freight
Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance on fitness machinery to ensure optimal functionality
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer-reported equipment issues
Prepare detailed maintenance and service reports for internal records and customer documentation
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of equipment and spare parts
Maintain accurate warehouse records, including equipment tracking and stock levels
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols within the warehouse environment




Respond to service calls and provide in office technical assistance to customers when required
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage procurement and maintain equipment availability
Monitor warehouse budget and identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar supervisory role within a warehousing, storage, or distribution environment
Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, servicing, and repair
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control software
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage effectively
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently
Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations
Strong communication skills and customer service focus
Physical capability to perform manual duties including lifting, climbing, and working at heights when required
Valid driver's licence and forklift licence
Relevant qualifications in warehouse management or equipment servicing
