Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking a Machine Operator - Steel Reinforcing to join a busy production team based in Eagle Farm.

About the Role
Working within a busy steel reinforcing facility, you will operate machinery including Gantry Crane & CNC Machinery used in the processing and fabrication of reinforcing steel products.
This is a fast-paced production setting where safety, quality, and teamwork are highly valued.
Full-time opportunities are available and will be offered to candidates who show a commitment to their work and a desire to grow in the steel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate steel processing machinery and gantry cranes
Perform repetitive manual handling tasks (up to 10kg)
Complete basic quality checksMaintain a clean, organised,



and safe work environment
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous machine operating, manufacturing, or gantry crane experience (advantageous)
Basic welding experience (MIG - desirable)
The ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
Reliable with a strong work ethic
The ability to communicate & work effectively within a team
