We are seeking experienced machine operators to join our team in South West Sydney.

Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Loading and unloading materials onto manufacturing lines
Following production schedules and work instructions
Conducting quality checks and inspections
Packaging and preparing finished products for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following workplace health and safety procedures




Assisting with general factory and process duties as required

Your Profile
Previous factory, manufacturing, process work, or machine operating experience
The physical capability to perform repetitive manual handling and heavy lifting
Comfort working in a dirty, dusty, and rapid-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive communication and teamwork skills
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
Availability for shift work and overtime when required
