About the role

As the Coordinator, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high-quality care, strong relationships with families and schools, and a positive, engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive.

You’ll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring and developing a team of educators




Building robust relationships with children, families, schools and the community
Overseeing compliance, administration and service quality
Managing rostering, occupancy and service performance
Delivering engaging programs that reflect children's interests and needs

About you

You’ll be an organised and confident leader who enjoys supporting people, building positive team culture and creating exceptional experiences for children.

You’ll also have:
Previous leadership experience within OSHC, Early Childhood or a similar education setting
A relevant qualification (or willingness to obtain where applicable)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Child Safe practices
A current Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)
