REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance Staff are responsible to the Principal through theHead of Business Operations and Administration through the Directorof Facilities, and under the day-to-day direction of theMaintenance Manager or his delegate.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance Staff are responsible for maintaining ahigh-quality level of internal and external general maintenance forall College buildings and infrastructure, including grounds.
Maintenance staff are responsible for assisting the varioustrades as required.
Maintenance staff are required to abide by the College's StaffCode of Conduct and to support the Christian ethos of theCollege.

Successful candidates will have:




Demonstrated experience in general maintenance with diversepractical skills
Proficiency in operating hand and power tools, complemented byfoundational knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, and electricalsystems
Proactive problem-solving capabilities and a commitment tomaintaining a secure working environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering acollaborative team approach
Physical capacity to perform manual tasks, coupled with theability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently
