About the role
As an Appointment Centre Consultant, you will be responsible for converting enquiries into booked consultations across our clinics.
You will respond to inbound enquiries, make outbound follow-up calls, re-engage warm leads,



answer questions, and help patients feel comfortable and confident about taking the next step.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a performance environment, and knows how to create urgency, trust, and connection over the phone.
Key responsibilities
Respond to inbound enquiries from prospective patients
Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads
Book consultations into clinic diaries
Re-engage patients who have enquired but not yet booked
Answer patient questions with confidence and professionalism
Deliver a high standard of service and communication
Work toward booking and conversion targets
Help create a strong first impression of our brand
