Responsibilities of the role:
Implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Uphold the requirements of a Child Safe Organisation and our commitment to child safety.
The successful applicant will have understanding of the 10 Child Safe Standards and Universal Principle.
Leading the development of the educational program including planning and programming and creating provocations suitable for a play-based learning environment.
Ensuring programs are inclusive and reflect the holistic needs of all children.
Building positive relationships with parents and children.
Ensuring the care and development of each child in the group and support the monitoring their educational achievement.
Position Requirements:
Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check QLD).
Relevant ACECQA approved Qualifications.
First Aid and Anaphylaxis Training.
Asthma Management Training.
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
