About the role
As part of our commitment to excellence in Field Service, our Field Service Area Supervisor will support the long term strategy for growth by creating operational improvement prospects, work planning and leading by example in a changing culture. Our Field Service Area Supervisors are the face of our Field Service division and are one of the many reasons why we continue to make an impact through meaningful work within our inclusive workforce.
This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis and is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Company representative for client services and OEM support
Demonstrate a commitment to safety and provide leadership in this area
Implementation of programs and procedures to ensure protected work conditions
Scheduling of daily work tasks to ensure standards and expectations of the client are met
Monitor and control team performances
Prepare reports, routines and records associated with the relevant work area
Maintain and promote a safe working environment
Skills & Qualifications
Previous Supervisor experience, minimum 2 years
Trade Qualified
S1, S2, S3, G2
Certificate 4 in Training and Assessing advantageous
High levels of attention to detail
Ability to identify and contribute towards improvements or initiatives relating to productivity
Understanding of business and finance goals in conjunction with overall project requirements
