What you'll be doing
Help people build confidence, independence and everyday living skills
Be there for personal care, household tasks, appointments and daily routines
Encourage community connection and support people to work towards their own goals
Move between shared support in SDA settings and more individualised support in SIL homes
Respond to complex or changing needs with empathy, consistency and professionalism
You're the right person if...
You've supported people with disability in SDA, SIL or a similar community care setting
You're confident supporting complex behaviours or higher support needs
You're calm, flexible and steady when situations shift
You work well both independently and as part of a team
You communicate clearly, keep good records, and understand qualified boundaries
