About your new role?
Based inAdelaide,this role offers plenty of variety for a candidate who loves connecting with trade-based customers and working in a close-knit team.
This opportunity is a full time, Monday to Friday role with a global leader in the HVACR industry, offering stability, training and support as you grow your career.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
Internal sales procedures and counter service
Providing technical product information (training will be provided)
Processing, picking, and packing of goods for dispatch to customers
Inwards and outwards goods receipting
Assisting in the management of stock integrity
General warehousing duties as required
Adhering to operational health and safety requirements.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
Ability to build relationships with customers
An ability to learn and retain technical information
Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members and customers
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure a superior customer experience
A drivers licence and a current forklift license or the willingness to undertake this (company funded)
Previous experience in the HVAC, Refrigeration or Industrial sectors would be highly regarded
A willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical and background checks
