Electronic Security & Communications Technician

The Opportunity

Due to continued business growth, we have multiple prospects for a experienced Technicians to join our team. You will play a key role in the installation and delivery of large-scale security and communications projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Duties

Install, terminate, and commission CCTV, access control, intercom, and/or structured cabling, fibre, fobots, racks etc.

Deliver high-quality, fully compliant installations from start to completion while meeting project timelines and budgets





Liaise effectively with clients, builders, and other stakeholders

Maintain strict adherence to WHS requirements, site procedures, and company standards

Provide regular progress updates to project management

What You Need

Solid technical background in the electronic security or communications trade

Proven experience working on construction sites

Demonstrated ability to lead works on site and supervise/guiding team members

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong organisational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Current valid Driver's Licence

White Card (Construction Induction)

EWP Licence

Restricted or Open Cabling Registration (highly regarded)

Professional presentation and a genuine safety-first mindset

Completion of manufacturer training/certification for either Gallagher or Integriti access control systems would be highly regarded.

Completion of manufacturer training/certification for either Milestone or NX VMS platforms would be highly regarded.
