Pay Rate: $35.00
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8am - 4:30pm

Programmed is recruiting a High Reach Forklift Operator for a busy steel manufacturing facility located in Eastern Creek.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operating forklifts and handling materials safely and efficiently
Picking, packing, dispatching, and completing general warehouse duties
Handling steel bars weighing approximately 10-15kg
Assisting with threading the machines with the steel bars
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Assisting across warehouse operations to support daily production requirements
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Working collaboratively with the production and warehouse teams
Supporting stock movement and inventory control activities as required
What you need:
Valid Forklift License (LF)
with High Reach Experience
Previous experience operating High Reach forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Ability to safely lift and handle items weighing up to 20kg
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices
Good attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Own reliable transport and ability to commute to Eastern Creek (preferred)
