About the Role

You will play a key role in the firm’s property practice, working on a broad range of matters and contributing to the continued growth and strategic development of the team. The position offers significant autonomy, client interaction, and the prospect to build and expand your practice within a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Advising on a wide range of commercial and property law matters
Managing acquisitions and disposals,



development projects, and leasing
Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
Contributing to business development and practice growth
Mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate

About You
Senior Property Lawyer with substantial post-admission experience
Strong technical expertise in property and commercial transactions
Excellent client management and communication skills
Demonstrated interest in practice development and leadership
An existing client base or business development capability will be highly regarded
