Your new role As a Foreman / Project Manager, you'll act as the link between estimating, procurement, site teams, and project delivery.
Working across both office and site environments, you'll review project documentation, identify potential issues, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, assist with procurement, and develop project programs to ensure projects are set up for success from day one.
Key responsibilities
Reviewing plans, specifications, and project documentation.
Coordinating project programming and construction sequencing.
Managing subcontractor and supplier engagement.
Assisting with procurement and contract administration.
Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
Liaising with internal stakeholders and site teams to ensure projects remain on track.
What you need to succeed
Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Manager, Project Manager, or similar.
Solid understanding of residential or multi-residential construction.
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
Experience with project programming, procurement, and trade coordination.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
