Residential Care Worker, Transitional Rehabilitation Service (Health Education Officer - Grad/Non Grad) - Perm FT/PT
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable team member who is committed to supporting clients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
You will bring strong interpersonal skills, a patient-centred approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

Selection Criteria
Recognized Degree or other relevant qualification deemed appropriate by the employer.
Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer work or willingness to work towards completing
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of working with and supporting adults during the rehabilitation continuum, preferably adults with an acquired brain injury.
Demonstrated ability to manage workload priorities and work with limited supervision and/or in isolation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including proficient computer literacy in a range of programs.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
Learner's licenses are not permitted.
