Store Manager|Romeo's Retail Group | Location within metropolitan South Australia
Romeo's Retail Group is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the overall operations and performance of our store.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering strong financial results, high operational standards, and an engaged, high-performing team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring sales and profitability targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional customer service and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead store operations to achieve sales, profit, and customer service targets
Manage budgets, stock control, and waste to deliver strong P&L; outcomes
Maintain high standards of merchandising, presentation, and store cleanliness
Oversee rostering, labour management, and team productivity
Recruit, train, and develop team members, building strong succession pipelines
Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and company policies
Handle customer feedback and build strong community relationships
About You
Proven experience as a Store Manager, ideally within supermarket or grocery retail
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L;
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible to work weekends and varied hours
