Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager for the Contact Centre. The role focuses on overseeing the Customer Service Centre's scheduling, resources, and service delivery to ADF members and families.
Based in Adelaide or Townsville, the role reports to the Resource Planning Manager within the Service Delivery Group. You will drive headline scheduling strategies, monitor performance, and support continual improvements to ensure excellent customer experience
