Build your property development career through a dedicated, project based graduate opportunity with Stockland. Based in Brisbane or on the Sunshine Coast, you will gain practical experience while contributing to the delivery of the Rivermont project.
This is a non rotational chance, allowing you to develop detailed knowledge of one project, its stakeholders and the property development lifecycle.
We're Looking For
A Project Based Development Graduate who is ready to apply their property related studies in a practical environment and contribute to the successful delivery of the Rivermont project.
What You'll Do
As part of our development team, you will work alongside experienced development professionals and support the delivery of the Rivermont project. Reporting to Development Manager, you will contribute to project planning, commercial activities, stakeholder engagement and delivery outcomes.
This is a dedicated, non-rotational graduate role focused on the Rivermont project.
You will:
Support project pricing, market research and competitor analysis
Assist with development budgets, forecasting, procurement and contractor payments
Coordinate internal meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow up agreed actions
Attend site inspections and engage with contractors, consultants, councils and approval authorities
Support planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, safety and project delivery activities
About You
You are excited to begin or continue building your career in property development and want to contribute to a live project from the outset. You enjoy learning through practical experience and are motivated by the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, solve problems and see how strong commercial decisions help shape communities.
Experience & Skills That Count
A completed or nearly completed tertiary qualification in property, development or a related discipline
Up to two years of relevant experience, with property industry exposure highly regarded
An interest in project delivery, planning, commercial analysis and financial management
Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to prepare accurate meeting notes and manage competing priorities
A current driver licence and the ability to attend project sites
