KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design management and coordination
Client coordination and liaison
Tendering
Budget Estimate and reporting
Site Establishment and planning




Construction coordination and management
Site variation and design change
Assist PM with accurate preparation of reports
Track ITP's and hold points
Resolve issues with variations and design changes

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Construction Management Degree or Civil Engineering Degree
Proven local Construction industry experience on$100m plus commercial projects
Must have a secure career history within the Tier 2 or Tier 3 construction industry
Robust construction site or project engineering experience
Must be a wizard at programming the schedule of works
The ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
Well organised, robust work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest and high level of integrity
